Job title: Public Relation Officer

Organization: VIVO Bangladesh Ltd.

Job Context:

• Experienced in (Media, Public Relations/Advertising Company), sound with Local Communication Laws and Media Environment, having local & International Media resources is preferred.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with local brand media relations, work according to the brand and product planning of the company`s local market.
• Successful public relations planning and project coordination experience is preferred, and good multi-team resource coordination ability.
• Understand consumer mind about mobile market and media environment, and have a keen sense of industry dynamics
• Have strong network with various promotional media with actively expanding new media channels.
• Responsible for the control of local public relations content, press releases, statements, media communication letters, etc., content review, manuscript acceptance, release monitoring, effect investigation and timely communication with headquarters public relations
• Responsible for local public opinion monitoring and media crisis management, handling negative news, maintaining local brand awareness and reputation.
• Planning, content writing and execution of daily communication with developed digital promotional activities
• Understand the way public relations are communicated between competitors and leading industries, weigh the internal realities and develop communication planning and execution;
• Understanding the in-depth company`s brand strategy, positioning and develop direction with a long-term public relations work plan.
• Follow-up on internal and external communication for planning/creative/distribution of new listing/PR communication projects on a quarterly basis.
• Plan, oversee and manage web, social media and display advertising/promotional campaigns.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Event/ Campaign Coordination,Brand Communication
• Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Media Planning/ Media Buying, Event/ Campaign Co-ordinator, Brand Communication, News Reporter
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Newspaper/Magazine

Additional Requirements:

• Have a detail understanding of Market Media Information
• Must be Hard working and have to work under pressure
• Have to be smart and well communicative with media sector
• Familiar with industry trends and control the promotion of Coverage and Tone in the local media
• Preparing regular performance report for management.
