Apply to Specialist, Business Dashboard and Reporting, Enterprise Business Intelligence at Robi Axiata Limited

Core Responsibilities:

Provide advance analytics to Business User for various MO functions including product (voice and vas), CLM, sales & service and customer experience
Develop consumer usages and behavior in terms of customer usage, profiling, life cycle, micro event tracking, revenue, refill activity, customer complaint, POS activity based on systems, Financial System, Regulatory.
Design Data Mart to empower end user to extract their required data
Coordinate with Technology Data Warehouse team to deploy a designed solution and make it operational
Understand functional requirements from the business user and Develop a database on Oracle PL SQL/Stored Procedure/View/Job
Ensure data quality by Cross-checking data from different sources.
Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for micro-campaign activity.

Academic Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from a reputed local/foreign university

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum 01 years of direct working experience in reporting, BI, Business Object and Data warehouse.
Excellent knowledge in database management in Oracle/SQL Server
Demonstrative expertise in write complex SQL script in Oracle PL/SQL
Have a good understanding of Dimensional modelling (star schema / Snowflakes schema)
Data warehousing experience in relevant industry
Excellent analytical, problem solving and innovative thinking ability
Excellent people skill including a proven record of ownership and communication.
End to End Revenue value chain understanding with detail technical knowledge on BI, analytics, SAP Business Object
Programming language like Python / Java / .Net will be an added advantage
