SQUARE FOOD & BEVERAGE LTD. is the country’s leading ISO certified Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing company. To support its continuous growth, we are looking for a smart, energetic and hard-working team member for the following position:

Position: Sr. Executive / Executive – Human Resources

Department: Human Resources
Work Station: Corporate Headquarter, Dhaka

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Planning & executing employers branding strategies
2. Planning, executing and monitoring the company’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other blogging websites.
3. Creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the company and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities.
4. Conducting the overall Recruitment procedures of SFBL including all the departments & functions.
5. Tracking and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels and through Talent Mapping.
6. Managing the overall Training & Development functions through conducting Training Need Analysis, preparing training modules, Maintaining & Updating the Training Database of the organization and Coordinating in-house and external training programs

7. Assisting in the Manpower Planning and HR Policy Development and Implementation process

8. Assisting in the Performance management procedure and the yearly Promotion process
Conducting the Induction process of new employees

9.Coordinating the employee Engagement activities

Pre-requisites to apply:

1. BBA/MBA from a reputed Public/Private university (any discipline)
2. Candidates having 1-2 years of involvement in employers branding/ digital marketing/ e- recruiting/ e-marketing or social media promotion is preferable.
3. Must possess excellent Creative, analytical & communication skill.
4. An ideal candidate must be a hard worker, self-motivated and a very good team player
5. Age within 30 years
